UPD Home Page > Police Services > Police Reports Police Reports The Records Section handles all reports generated by the Jacksonville State University Police Department. Our goal is to provide 100% customer service to both our internal and external customers. The Section does this by storing, retrieving, reproducing, and delivering reports to all of our customers alike. To obtain a copy of your report, you may request it through the mail or in person at our customer service window located at UPD in Salls Hall. Reports are usually available 2 to 3 working days after the incident. We do release information about incidents over the telephone. The hours of operation for the public are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Records Section is closed on weekends and holidays. There is currently no fee for report copies.  If you need more information, you can contact the Records Section at 256-782-5287.
